    • You can book a call using the link provided or fill out the inquiry form to get started.

    • On the call, we’ll talk through your business, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll confirm the scope, timeline, and cost before any work begins.

    • All project requests are booked based on current availability and project timelines. Turnaround times may vary depending on the size of the request, the amount of content provided, and whether any additional revisions or custom development are needed.

    • Rush requests may be available depending on availability and may be subject to an additional rush fee.

    • Add-ons are not included in the original project scope unless clearly outlined in your package or proposal.

    • Any extra pages, design sections, copy updates, integrations, plugins, advanced website features, or post-launch edits will be quoted separately.

    • Third-party costs, such as website subscriptions, domain fees, fonts, stock images, apps, plugins, email platforms, or booking systems, are the responsibility of the client.

    • Feedback must be sent clearly and all at once to keep the process organized and efficient.

    • Additional revision rounds, major direction changes, or requests made after approval may be billed separately.

    • Some website add-ons may require third-party plugins, custom code, or CSS to achieve a specific design or function.

    • SRDS will always confirm this before moving forward. While custom code and plugins can help enhance your website, they may be affected by future platform updates or third-party changes.

    • Any plugin subscriptions, app fees, or advanced custom coding outside the original scope will be billed separately or paid directly by the client.

    • Most projects require a deposit to secure your spot in the calendar, with the remaining payment split based on the project timeline. Payment details are outlined before the project begins.
